Placing an Order:
You can place an order online, in the shop section of this website, or you can place an order over the phone. Online you must navigate to the components you wish to buy and then proceed to the check out. When ordering online you can check out with PayPal to pay quickly and securely, or you can direct bank transfer using BACs. If you are a new customer, you will need to provide a payment before we can send the goods, after doing this a few times we can arrange a credit agreement. If you are already a customer with us and have been invoiced before, you will have a credit agreement with us. So at the checkout, you can click the “Invoice” option. The invoice will be sent with the goods, and will need paying with in 60 days.
Terms:
By placing an order you accept our full terms and conditions.
Unless specifically quoted, this invoice is due for payment within 60 days from the date of dispatch.
Claims:
Claims regarding damaged or non-delivered goods cannot be entertained unless received within 14 days from dispatch date. Discounts where applicable have been deducted.
Returns:
Goods being returned for credit or exchange can only be processed if an agreement has been met.
All returned goods must be in unopened, in original packaging to prove the item has not been used.
Liability:
REINER MEDICAL S.L. & Reiner Implants Ltd. offer 30 years guarantee on all products from the sale date. If the product presents manufacturing or material defects, Reiner Implants Ltd. will replace the product at no additional cost. These terms and guarantee conditions cover all the products manufactured by REINER MEDICAL S.L. and distributed by Reiner Implants Ltd. This guarantee stands exclusively for Dentists and Dental Technicians, not for other parties, institutions and patients. We reserve the right to deny replacements if the products has been mistreated or tampered with as a result of poor use or modifications.
Delivery:
Reiner Implants Ltd. try to ensure next day delivery, unless the item is not in stock, it may take up to 3 days.

Reiner Implants Ltd. products should be used with the correct compatible components. Components are correctly labelled on our website to enable fast recognition and easy navigation. Cleaning and Sterilisation Method:
The product is packaged cleaned, and should be sterilized before use. To correctly sterilize the products, use a steam sterilizer with pre-vacuum process, at a temperature of 121 ° C for 15 minutes, with a validated cycle according to the standard EN ISO 17665-1 following the autoclave manufacturer instructions.
Material:
Manufactured in Titanium alloy grade 5 (wrought titanium 6-aluminium 4-vanadium alloy) according to ISO 5832-part 3 (Implants for surgery – metallic materials).
Screw Instructions:
The screws are for single-use only. It is not recommended to use the screws again after their removal, due to possible deterioration. It is also vital that you use the correct screw tip for the screw.
